Dear friend,

We hope this letter finds you well and you are enjoying the season of life in which God has you.

Paige and I will embark on a new journey this June and we would like you to be part of it.

We are thankful to God for the privilege to have studied and be trained at the Southern Baptist

Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. As a family we have prayed for God to show us our

next step after our studies, and He has!

Lord willing, the Bueltemanns will be moving to Munich, Germany June 16 th . Jonas will be part of a

pastoral trainee program for one year under Matthias Lohmann at the Freie Evangelische Gemeinde

München-Mitte (that rolls right off the tongue – an evangelical church in Munich). After that year,

we are praying for a pastoral position in an existing church where we can serve God in Germany

long term.

Germany is considered an unreached nation where less than 2% consider themselves to be

evangelical Christians. However, there is a growing number of healthy churches who are committed

to preaching God’s Word and the true gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our prayer is for Germany to be a country saturated with gospel-believing churches who will be

catalysts for evangelism and church planting in Germany, Europe and around the world. Our hope is

that one day the church in Germany will be able to reach their people without outside help.

However, today that is not the case.

Germany is by no means a poor nation. Yet the churches are often small and unable to employ a

full-time pastor. In order to focus on our mission and be most effective in Germany, we will need to

raise a portion of our income through ministry partners.

In order to be fully funded by June 16 th , we are praying for 30 ministry partners who together will

support us with $3,000 each month.

We are thankful to be sent by Harvest Bible Chapel Indy South, a local church in Indiana. Our

financial logistics will be handled by Harvest’s church planting organization, BRAVE Global.

We would love to partner with you in an effort to see churches revitalized and bible-believing

churches planted in Germany. Would you consider investing in the mission field in Germany
